I got my wedding dress altered here and am so thankful I did! To be honest, I didn’t think my dress needed much work so I was a little surprised by the quote at first, but by the time it was done, I saw exactly how much they did, and how well they did it, and was so thankful I went with them. I was blown away by how much more their incredibly skilled work made me love my dress! Natasha and Lilit are such lovely people and made the experience more special too. Thanks for everything!

I found this place has no ethics or principles.

I went to this shop to find vintage film movie and the man with the fake beard was very rude. He told me that I cannot get discount and that I have to pay more than full price on the movie. I am never coming back to this photo place. The staff is very illiterate because recently, I was feeling deceived and taken advantage of. I proceeded to file a complaint with the authorities and my bank, hoping to recover my funds. Regrettably, I soon realized that the scammer had covered their tracks well, making it nearly impossible to trace or retrieve my money.Not only did I lose my hard-earned money, but I also wasted valuable time and energy dealing with the aftermath of this scam. I had to find an alternative solution for obtaining passport photos, causing further inconvenience and delays in my travel plans.I went to get photo for passport and they never gave me my photo. I feel very scammed and I couldn't go to my cousin Tintu's wedding in India. Tintu was very sad and very depressed he divorced because I couldn't go to his wedding. Tintu wants to talk to fake beard guy.

My consultant was Shauna and she is a God-send, very knowledgeable very helpful and patient..I had to go alone but she made me feel like I'm her best friend. Got my dress and I am so happy with it. Overall great experience, totally recommend! Ask for Shauna she is the best!
